Go!Motion is our motion detector that connects directly to a computer or Chromebook USB port—eliminating the need for an additional data-collection interface.Go!Motion is used to collect the position, velocity and acceleration data of moving objects. Go!Motion connects directly to a computer or Chromebook USB port making it fast and easy to set up experiments and start collecting a wide range of real-time motion data.

Go!Motion can track objects as close fifteen centimeters and as far away as six meters. The sensor also features reduced noise and temperature compensation to ensure accuracy.

  • Analyze the motion of a ball, a cart on a ramp, or a pendulum
  • Adjust sensitivity to track the motion of objects close to Go!Motion or up to six meters away
  • Attach Go!Motion to a track like the one included in the Vernier Dynamics System to study velocity and acceleration

Digital Extension Cable
For use with Vernier digital sensors. Most of Vernier sensors have cables that are 1.5 m long. There are times, however, that you may wish to have a longer cable. The Digital Sensor Extension Cable can be used with any Vernier sensor that connects to a digital channel of one of our interfaces. The port will be labeled DIG1 or DIG2. Each cable is 2 meters in length.

Dynamics Cart and Track System
The Dynamics Cart and Track System provides students with the tools they need to explore kinematics, dynamics, momentum, and energy. This versatile system can also be easily adapted to study optics, color, and diffraction. The Dynamics and Track System is ideal for studying Newton's second law, acceleration on an inclined plane, conservation of momentum, and much more. This traditional cart and track system features an aluminum track, two low-friction, plastic carts, an ultra pulley, and all of the necessary attachment accessories. Easily attach sensors (sold separately) to carts or to the track for data collection, like a Motion Detector, Dual-Range Force Sensor, Wireless Dynamics Sensor System, Photogate, or an Accelerometer. Add the Vernier Optics Expansion Kit (OEK) and use the track as an optics bench. Go! Motion to Calculator Cable
This 84″ cable is used to connect a Go!Motion or CBR 2 to the I/O port of a TI graphing calculator. The cable has the small I/O plug on both ends. The cable can also be used to connect a graphing calculator to the I/O port on a LabPro, CBL 2, or another calculator. The cable is included with a CBR 2.

Go! to Easy Adapter
This adapter allows a Go!Temp or Go!Link to connect to the USB port of a TI-Nspire handheld or TI-84 graphing calculator. The adapter has a USB standard-A receptacle which connects to the Go!Temp or Go!Link and a USB Mini-A USB plug that connects to the calculator. The adapter can also be used with the USB cable that comes with a Go!Motion. Connector 1: USB Standard Type A Receptacle Connector 2: USB Mini Type A Plug Note: Most consumer electronic devices use a USB Mini Type B plug, and will NOT WORK with this adapter. Our adapter only works for devices with USB Mini Type A plug.
